Package for Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging or equivalent. Include the RA number and a copy of the original order confirmation. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
